This beautiful cake is a 3 tiered cake; the tiers are in a 6 edge scalloped shape and separated by clear perspex columns.
All three layers were traditional fruitcake, with rolled fondant icing.
The flowers were sugared icing, with the flowers similar in style to the flowers in the bouquets. Each tier was trimmed with ribbon to match the bridesmaids dress, and “lace” icing trim.
